We supposedly own what has been termed a "patent litigators dream"; thus one might be led to believe that a good attorney would be able to handle the cases on contingency, and come out ahead with tidy profits.

Then again, with limited transparency into the strategic management of our most valuable (and only profitable) asset, we remain where we remain.
