Just a quick update. Just got off the phone with the Maryland office that handles LLC filings as their website still shows no record of such a company now 2 weeks after we hired them. Just wanted to verify that the website was accurate and up to date. I was told, not only is it accurate, but also that no one has even filed paperwork for such an entity as yet.
Not intending to open up a discussion on the topic, just updating people for their information.
