It was previously published in the Gazette that the re-ex request was filed...that didn't mean that a re-ex was determined to be ordered (yet). Today it became official that a re-ex will be done....unlike the '336 re-ex request Apl.# 90/009457 which didn't meet the requirements.

If you look at the Trans. History of the '336 Apl. #90/009457 you'll see what I'm talking about.
