I think the odds are in our favor at this point based on Optimistics findings / opinion of what the reviewer told the petitioner in the latest rejection for review notice. I hear you though they are trying in everyway to kill / stall / delay / muddy / this thing up AND THEY HAVE GOOD REASON TO TRY. Why? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Besides the USPTO has reviewed this thing with a magnifying glass and it would be embarassing on them if they said at this stage of the game, OH, Mr. petioner you bring up a good point and it deserves another two year reviw, can't believe we missed that!
