CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--To all shareholders and stakeholders of Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB: PTSC.OB), this letter provides a brief update on business activities at the Company as covered in the recent quarterly shareholder call held on April 14, 2009. I have put the communications focus of the Company to its shareholders into these quarterly calls with plans for only supplemental letters and press releases on specific activities and topics in the interim.

Question asked PTSC:

Are we to expect another quarterly shareholder conference call in July?

Reply:

Since this is the end of the fiscal year for PTSC, the quarterly results will be combined with the year end results, which will be filed with the SEC in mid-August. We have not yet announced the plans for a shareholder call, but any such announcement would be distributed through the wire services.
