We can see these PR do nothing and have done nothing for our stock price for well over a year......

they did not anounce(just on the website no PR) the last one... this one they did... any meaning...?? we always have to guess it seems...

PS ARCA on the ask for 25,000 @ .113 ,,, earlier today it was thier then removed... later on it was back....
