I noticed that Booze Allen Hamilton was mentioned in all of the same links that you provided where PDSG is mentioned as well (their are probably others..but this name is hard to forget and I remember seeing that they were awarded part of the "Alliant" project with the government)..

While there may not be a connection to PDSG (as they are not presently listed as one of our partners..they are involved with a lot of government stuff..especially in the IT arena

Not saying that there is a connection to PDSG..but sometimes I like to try to "connect the dots"..problem is..sometimes I see connections that may not in reality exist..anyway, fun to speculate..
