Would agree with you here..but would you agree that the current denial discussed here today and the 584 (and other prior or preliminary stuff) may be things that you might pass on if the above is true?

I would not want to rub the USPTOs "nose in it" / or flaunt our perceived victories / or count our chickens before they hatched..while our meat and potatos are still on their collective plate..
