While I was cycling through my wonderful countryside I thought if there was any negative chance the '336 got finally rejected which would be the reason for the denial of the re-exam but thinking it through I came to the conclusion that it wouldn't make sense to give Sirius another 30 days time for improving their request for the re-ex if the '336 was rejected anyway.

Am I missing something in this way of thinking and should I stop thinking at all during cycling???
