17 pages why Uhlendorf and Ledzius don't justify another re-exam for the '336.

What I didn't know (and how I understand it): the request was made by HTC, Acer, Barco and Sirius, which are all represented by White & Case in Palo Alto.

Besides it says "a ruling on the response is pending before USPTO". The response was written by us on May, 12...so let's hope the USPTO is seeking to terminate this whole process as soon as possible.
