Happy to report that while Baroni Management Company LLC of Potomac, MD, STILL does not exist one FULL month after being hired, Baroni Management Company LLC of Wilmington, DE DOES exist and has since October of 2008. At least it's good to know that PTSC hired a legally existing entity even if THEY DIDN'T KNOW from which state the entity actually operated. For anyone that is going to step up and defend the company for presenting it incorrectly in the PR or for not being able to answer the question when posed to them, please spare me the nonsense. But, ultimately, while it's not the company they PR'd they hired technically, at least we know Baroni has had this company set up for over 9 months and that the company is a legally existing entity. Hopefully, we'll get to hear more about the goals and benefits of the "strategic assessment" in Monday's CC.
