We are down 95% since 2006 highs - couldn't get much worse than its been.

I for one would certainly not welcome an SEC investigation at this critical juncture. It would indeed get worse imho. Suppose one day we get notice of the "336" recert and it is followed up with notice of an SEC investigation. Talk about getting shot in the foot.....With the 336 we could possibly be looking at quick settlement of court cases and more rewarding license deals. Nah, we don't want that....give us the sec instead. Maybe, more importantly, say goodbye to any potential contracts for PDSG during an SEC inquiry. This talk is foolish and it would cripple what could potentially be our brightest moments since 2006. Sit back everyone.....imho good or bad, we will get a picture of where we are heading soon. good luck
