How delightful to see some of the questions answered:

Does a 30 day response time indicate that the examiner is less than pleased by the request from such an experienced law firm coming at a time when the re-examination process is closer to conclusion than commencement?

Will this obvious attempt to stall the re-examination be used in arguing against a further stay in the current litigation?

Will the cost of complying with the USPTO request persuade the alleged infringers to reopen licensing negotiations?

How long before the '336 is recertified?
