I believe Sanyo was counted for in the current 10-K even though it wasn't announced until the 2nd as you say. I only say that because of the comments on the license receivables in conjunction with Moore's claims about that time that Leckrone was bragging about a $6M license.
As for PDS revenues for the year, look at the breakdown on page F-32. It clearly shows annual revs for PDS as $29M. Look at last 10-Q and it showed revs for the preceeding 9 mos at $19M. So Q4 of '09 pulled in $10M in MMP licensing.
If we assume Sanyo is in at $6M, then the Q409 breakdown would look as follows IMO. If Sanyo's NOT in, then it's even better.
