I know the 10K is out and we are studying its many aspects. But I did come across this link about HP, Crossflo, Holocom and Alliance. There is reference to HP's "non stop" technology and PDSG. It takes some time to read the bios of the people but if you only have time for one read the one on Joseph Ramirez.

Joe Ramirez is the vice president of Alliance and Channel Management at Crossflo Systems, located in San Diego, California. Ramirez is responsible for the identification, development, and management of strategic channel partner relationships with outbound resellers and system integrators (SIs), and inbound technology partners for the sale and systems integration of Patriot Data Solutions Group, Inc. (PDSG) products and services around the globe.
Most recently Ramirez was responsible for project integration and management of several high-profile regional information sharing and analysis projects, including the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center, New Jersey State Police Statewide Intelligence Management System Data Augmentation and the Southern California RISA projects.
Prior to joining Crossflo, Ramirez contributed to the growth of technology start-up companies, including Holocom Networks and Ascent Logic Corporation, applying his systems and project engineering expertise to deliver complex solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
Before venturing into the commercial sector, Ramirez was a senior system integration engineer responsible for complex system interfaces on several high-profile defense projects while working for General Dynamics, a leading defense contractor.
