No.

Reasons for a positive and SIGNIFICANT shareprice movement will be:

- Revalidation of the '336 and the '148 patents

- No more re-ex for the '336

- More new MMP-licensees in a steady stream

- Solution of the pending litigations with Acer & Co

- First "heavy" contracts for PDSG = predictable revenue stream

- Further M&A acitivities

It's ironic that the numbers from Friday show the complete dependence of the MMP while Mr. Goerner refuses to speak about the current situation of the MMP (I know, I know, everything is secret...but there are enough ways to give the market some signs without disturbing TPL's activities).
