I do not think your example applies. I think RG is talking about another company on the OTC that was successful doing a Reverse while on the OTC to get to a major exchange. I do not believe the company you speak of was on the OTC. Its stock may have fallen below a dollar but it was already on a major exchange. Big difference there.
