For some, yesterdays presentation was not satisfying. I thought it to be just fine. As with any job, one person doesn't do it all.

Lets take a pipeliner, the guy that welds pipelines, like in Alaska. Now the welder knows how to be a pipefitter but as a rule he works with a pipefitter. Sometimes the welder also has a helper that will grind the welds between passes.

The welder knows how to do all of these tasks but some are better at pipefitting and some are better at welding and some are better at grinding.

When RG passes a question to the person that is the expert, it doesn't mean RG can't answer but the question is better off being answered by the person that is the best in that area in the organization.

I think what RG didn't say, spoke volumes
