Check out "Applicant Summary of Interview with Examiner" and "Applicant Arguments/Remarks made in Amendment" documents dated 03-27-09 of the App.# 90/008,227 of the '148. Basically it shows that our experts have countered the examiner's arguments concerning prior art. The examiner has agreed to some and needs more time to consider the rest. Our experts "believe all claims now pending in this Application are in a condition for allowance."

The examiner has been "considering" since Mar. 27 and his decision is overdue IMHO.
