OTC stocks in general live for a positive press release . PTSC doesn't get it went it comes to positive PR"S they don't hesitate to drop a bomb. But a positive spin on our rect's NAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

This CEO AND BOARD ARE IN DENIAL. the money comes from the MMP. They best start pumping it for all its worth. jmho
