I am eager to see what happens. When does the USPTO "Gazzett" get published, Mondays? Has it gone to print already? I'm sure it's very secretive about info that is to be published publicly. However, someone has to do the writing, paste up, and printing. Did or does TPL get a phone call or fax or email telling them of the recert or do they just read about it in the news letter from USPTO? There is info out there known to some ( who are not allowed to act on it of course) All IMO.Remember there has been no official news, but we know "something" as a result of legal postings, DD and "team Agoracom" discussions.
