My question is: is this whole situation an "all-or-nothing" bet? Or do I get something wrong. If I would set up a new network I would use everywhere the same software, because there are always problems mixing them up. So if we could win this match and the cdx software is chosen by the gov, would this mean that our software is running on every server concerning medical data sharing?
