Hope to see a final decisons of the 336 patent soon. IMO, the rex-process has gone much too long. However, it's the U.S. patent system which leads to the ongoing reex. as the first check isn't done as deep compared to patent declarations in Eurpoe.

I am still astonised, to see TPL with it's EE-/layer-power having trouble with the MMP patents.
