Often institutional investors use this for window dressing... they buy a small amount if things improve they will take a larger amount.... But t will give the apprearence of greater profits and that they know how to pick them... But time will tell when we move up we will have to watch to see .... all IMHO... you see Institutional investors want to appear to appear to have good instincts to keep invetors and bring in new... It is all about window dressing...
