All I know is:
All issues were supposedely resolved to both parties (USPTO & Patent Holders) satisfaction. Extension of possible appeal was requested in case it was needed. We (patent holder) said a NIRC should be coming week of xx-xx-xxxx. Extension was approved by USPTO, but that doesn't mean they agreed on when the NIRC would be sent. This was just a comment by us as to our assumption of time. I see no reason to worry and see no change in anything and it appears all is still headed in the right direction. This is still the government we are dealing with and these things take time.
This is how strongly we feel about our cuurent positioin.
"We commend the Buffalo Business Team for their decisive action to secure an MMP License after comprehensive review of the MMP Portfolio and USPTO’s re-examinations.”
Nothing has changed except some posters fear something has.
