Hmmmmm, a tactical omission?

"The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will issued a Notice of Intent to issue a
reexamination certificate for the '336 patent (on water) the week of August 17 (today). It is a done deal. The '336 has been approved."

Thank you eggbert for providing this information. I would encourage all non-believers to go to the USPTO web site and check out the newest letter. (90/008,237).
