is: why is somebody interested in NOT telling everyone which is in negotiations with them, that the patents they are requesting license fees for are much stronger than before and it is better for them to settle? So why RG cann't tell us, that we have for at least the 584 in our pocket? In which way would this announcement harm the negotiations?? If I was a CEO of a company which is asked for payments and I would read the news about the recert, my opinion about the strength of the patents would change.

Can anybody here on the board answer my questions?
