Requestor: (May 24, 2009) Fish & Richardson, P.C.

Status: (Aug. 24, 2009) Trans. History: Original request receipt corrected (not yet in IFW…previously “request incomplete”)

If the mailing date of July 23 is taken as the starting point for the 30 day deadline in which to reply, shouldn't the corrections have been received on or before August 22?

Is anyone else having trouble accessing 90/101,562?
