Did Moore mention in his blog about a licensee sitting on the fence because of the Moore / TPL issue?

I remember some discussion by him regarding this issue..and it infuriated me at the time..i.e. that his beef with TPL may be having a spill over affect with regard to our ability to obtain licensees..
