Ron is quite correct in the event that PTSC were to try and license outwith the Agreement but as there was no suggestion of this in my post (see clarification) and as Moore has stated, "I've agreed not to interfere with the licensing program. And I certainly don't intend to", Ron's eloquent argument is moot.
