Say you work for a man like DL. You can see how he crafted the legal contract with CM. Do you think he crafted similar deals with his workers? As lawyers they may have known better. Who is to say that laying off is just another word for quitting. DL is a fighter and seems determined to be in control and win. Is that a bad thing for PTSC? Sometimes you can be too smart for your own good. Sometimes too smart pays off. IMO, we still are waiting to see which case this is going to be.
