Welcome aboard ease2002. I'm not sure but I was under the impression the last re-exam challenge had been virtually laid to rest due to the examiner didn't like the wording in the request. (I really can't elaborate in detail because I've not kept up with it as I should have) But, I think the request, according to the examiner, stated that everything included in the request had already been addressed. In other words, the request isn't asking for anything new to be discovered. The re-exam request has been sent back to requestor for rewording but most here on the board think that the requestor will not amend and refile. I believe the requestor has 30 days...probably less than that now. FWIW. just a quess. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
