This evolving situation with TPL certainly ask more questions than it answers. Considering know one here has access to the formula implemented to calculate potential license fees, it really makes one question some of the past dollar figures. I feel pretty confident saying most investors, including myself, have understood Alliancense to be the sole negotiater all this time. Of course that simply means TPL. How could anyone, including PTSC, determine whether those licenses were at fair market value? It was always my understanding, per PTSC, that Alliacense was soley responsible for calculating fees. I don't know if this is good or bad. Does Patriot have the financial ability to carry these patents forward? What if Leckrone plays hard ball and refuses to sell/share the reverse engineering data without substantial leverage on shared revenue? This seems like a potential mess to me. Do investors really believe this isn't having an impact on licensing? I'm more skeptical than ever that the licensing program has run aground.
