Here is a person, who with obvious intelligence has made significant accomplishments throughout his career.

Yet, I am reminded by reading his blog of the Jack Black character in Shallow Hal where he and Tony Robbins are on a stuck elevator. Robbins notes to Hal that he "blurts" thoughts.

CM is a blurter. If you start suggesting companies or people are bankrupt and they are not.... watch out. Did you ever hear of liable/slander... not sure which one is germane or if this is germane at all since TPL is a corp. Regardless his worldwide rants are not what you expect from a rational person who is a stakeholder.

Most rational people in his position would hire the best attorney they could afford and contest this legally not through the court of public blogging.....
