This guy is something else. He had an opportunity to work with Russel Fish and Patriot years ago and he chose another direction. Look how well his judgement turned out for him. Now he expects us to trust him in a business relationship? Do we really know who is to blame for his current situation? Sounds to me like he has been fishing, got no bites trying to lure Patriot, and now wants to dam the river.

Considering all the commerially failed projects of which CM has been involved how is he going to support himself? Does he make an income from Froth? He was hoping to borrow against his mortgaged property and got turned down, so I guess his prospects are not too good.

No matter what the outcome from TPL and CM we still own 50% of the MMP and the other 50% can't be sold without our approval.

I guess the best thing to do would be to wait and see how this all plays out. Maybe we can get the whole package for 7 million, after all that is a fair price...right? Always Remember, the feet you step on one day, might be attached to the Butt you have to kiss the next.
