Every licensing pr for at least the last 3+ years has contained the following:

Either Moore never read a single licensing pr, or perhaps they contain the truth. How can TPL make such a statement for so long and Moore not flinching? Weird. How does he answer that question in arbitration? I'm only interested in getting a check, nothing else? I knew it was a lie, but thought remaining quiet was necessary in order not to upset licensing negotiations? (But ok to do so now)?????? How can Moore argue it was not his intent to give up the ownership of the MMP by remaining quiet or pleeding ignorance all this time?

Hopefully, Moore is able to prove he remains 50% owner of MMP, but he hasn't made it easy, by his actions and inactions. IMHO
