- that PTSC sensed the imminent insolvency of TPL months/almost a year ago?
- that it wanted to own the MMP entirely by buying out TPL's interests?
- that it started discussions with TPL but had to step back because of DL's outrageous asking price?
- that therefore, to let TPL know that PTSC didn't need the MMP solely to survive and that it had various other entities that would generate cash soon -- Holocom, PDSG, etc
- that PTSC waited out while creating an impression that it was TPL which needed money more than PTSC which needed the MMP?
- that is why RG refuses to discuss the future of MMP in his various shareholder meetings/webcast/cc?
- that now TPL is on the brink -- as evident from CM's blog
- that PTSC will make a move, perhaps before the recert of all the MMP in order to get a good deal from TPL
- that is why it is NOT rushing to get the recerts done to allow for TPLs health to further worsen and thereby hurry selling the MMP to PTSC?
- that once the MMP is purchased will expedite seeking re-cert, and reveal its grand plans of building the company??
I believe the above statements to be closer to the truth. After all, RG is no novice in business dealings...DL is a dod who overplayed his cards!
