I wonder who is paying the Lawyer representing CM at the USPTO. IF TPL is as broke as CM asserts, and IF CM is not getting paid as he also asserts, then who is footing these expenses? IT seems that it could be a significant expense? Could this somehow be a reason why we have not heard anything lately? Courious.
