If you ask me I think all this settlement will do is bring 2 ignorant fools, TPL and PTSC, together. If they were smart/business savvy they would have agreed to combine the patent long before the suit giving them the upper hand to negotiate with. Instead they both went off and settled for peanuts with the two biggest fish when both could have split much much more if they would have only put their differences aside. At this point I would be willing to risk it all and have PTSC go along with the suit against Moore. The way I see it, this settlement will most certainly favor TPL. We might get a little pop in the SP but nothing sustainable and most certianly nothing in the $1 range so all the dreamers, including myself, can now wake up.
