After reading this new Pacer and CM's comments , it appears that the FINAL answers are coming in a few weeks.......I do not buy that TPL would ever consider walking away / they will find a way......

From what we have been told by TPL , they have looked under every rock so from my uneducated opinion their major expenses have taken place......

It's do or die and again i expect a FULL COURT PRESS if we have our teeth intact.....

Implants and dentures are acceptable......
