It continuously seems lost on you that Wallin, Pohl, Turley and Goerner have all found their way to CEO courtesy of the "non-executives" as you like to characterize them, (a description in the case of PTSC and based on their active roles that is misleading at best). Nonetheless, Johnson and Falk predated all of them, and Felcyn only preceeded by Wallin. The sooner you realize that fact, the better for all concerned. So, if you choose to blame Wallin, Pohl, Turley & Goerner, all have been "directed" by this same slate of BOD members. So even in your own stated opinions, they have falied at one of their primary roles.
