The board and not the CEO was handed $150M from TPL while they kept the chairs warm at headquarters. The board and not the CEO made the decisions that led to squandering the gift wrapped $150M. We know this because the board controls PTSC, not the CEO.

That is a bold allegation of fraudulent activity which I trust can be substantiated?
