It is ironic. It is also ironic that PTSC's board hasn't figured it out that they have a means of communicating with shareholders when they want to by way of their attorney's actions. It's a thin line and could breach our agreement with TPL, but once it's in the public domain from the courts then how can TPL say they went against the agreement? So PTSC can really get around the agreement if and when they want/need to. So they either have decided not to or worse yet they haven't figured it out, IMO.
