No one knows or can predict everything. You move forward with plans that are quickly made and hope for the best and react to the results that unfold. Your plan may change based on how the war progresses. The enemy/opposition may put up an unexpected good front so you have to adjust and adapt. It is those who take to long to plan that end up never acting or losing the war because they were still in plan mode when the fighting started. We could have been there. An adequate plan today is better than an all thought out plan days from today when the battle is already going on.

This is why the CEO before Turley thought the war was won. The plan was unfolding nd Comapnies were paying big money that did not want to go to war or who did not have a plan. Dividends were given out because they thought they had won the war. They gave the J3 to much time to plan counter assaults because we thought we had won the war already and we had to adjust our plan. We had to re-group and change our plan because we thought the J3 would just cave in. It didn't happen that way so we decided to wait for the USPTO possibly and have the patents stronger after review and companies not fight us again???? We re-grouped / re-planned. Not sure but as you can see there is more going on in the battle than any of us know. We can assume we know but we dont. Look at what George Bush said on the deck of the battle ship in the beginning of the Iraq war. We have won the war! Needless to say we are still doing battle and just now starting to pull out of Iraq only to move more troops to Afghanistan. He claimed victory way to early and we have had to re-plan / adapt to the changes of the continuing war.

When the patents are re-certified and if companies start paying again it doesn't mean there won't be a handfull of companies who put up another good front against us and make us re-plan / re-group.

Throw into the re-plan / re-grouping the Chuck Moore fiasco. Who'd of thought!?
