I am still waiting to hear the answer to a previous inquiry to this post. I would like to know who it is that will provide you with an explanation that you would be happy with relating to the J3 "settlement".

As the settlement details are covered by NDAs, I was hoping someone with greater experience would offer an explanation as to the why of the "grant" rather than the usual "purchase" terminology used in the announcement at the conclusion of the litigation.

Out of interest, it will be 2 years this coming December since the "settlement".
