Whenever a person is named to look after my interests, be it existing board member, new board member, new executive officer, or even shareholder representative they offer themselves for public scrutiny. Due diligence, in fact. I do the same for legal, medical, and educational reasons, anything which has a direct influence on me or mine's welfare.

I, for one, want to know everything about that public person to better understand how they will safeguard my situation, and their motivation. For this reason, fatwollit's revelation, while interesting, is of no use to me as an investor in PTSC, and no comments were made.
