Wasn't DT contentions over some kind of formalities in filing our patent, rather than the content of our claims. Is that what they are appealing? I guess I erroneously thought that had been settled? Are we still under the appeal process? I thought their appeal was denied? Now I am not sure. I guess I will re-visit that again.
