"when things are going well for the company?"

Please explain that comment. Typically, for things to be going well for a company, it would mean a combination or all of these items are in place or taking place: a growing business, growing revenue, growing profit, a dynamic management team, a strong Board of Directors, a visionary business plan and strong control on their business plan, and naturally a growing share price. Which of these items or are there other ones that you think qualify as "going well for the company"?
