Ease, I agree with most of what you are saying, to a point. This board has some impact on sp in getting the word out. Waiting on a markman is iffy, the judge is going to want to expedite this case pronto and get it off the books in my view. Maybe, depending on the recert we won't have one. There will always be court cases, but I would bet it will be only 25% compared to the ones that do the right thing if they infringe and we seem to do a good job of showing infringement. I think our latest settlement in Germany will be a good one med. eqip. today is mostly computerized, there's a lot there, we haven't touched much of the auto industry yet.
