Well either way, hasn't this been a conflict of interest? Shouldn't she have recused herself for many of the votes? I think they trust may owe the company some money!

Just based on some city council situations in our town, so you can correct me if I'm incorrect about this. It was public info for many years now, but does that mean it's OK or grandfather it in some how? Maybe she did recuse herself on some of the votes, but I haven't seen the minutes to confirm it.
